This Service Agreement is entered into between Blendz By Mora (“Artist”) and the client (“Client”) when the Client submits a booking request and agrees to these terms on our website. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This agreement applies to all professional makeup artistry services offered by Blendz By Mora, including but not limited to soft glam, full glam, bridal, wedding-party, trial, and event makeup. Specific services, dates, times, and locations will be listed on the Client’s booking request and any written confirmation or receipt provided by the Artist.
Payment terms will be communicated when the Artist confirms the appointment. The amount due for services is the total shown on the Client’s booking confirmation, invoice, or receipt at the time of confirmation—not a fixed amount stated in this agreement. Prices may vary by service type and are subject to change for future bookings. Deposits or balances, if required, will be explained before services are rendered.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until the Artist confirms availability. The Artist will follow up by email or phone. Appointment times are held in the Las Vegas, Nevada area (Pacific time) unless travel arrangements are agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to contact Blendz By Mora at BlendzByMora@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
The Client is responsible for disclosing all known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, and medical concerns that may affect makeup application before services begin. This includes latex sensitivity, contact lens use, recent facial treatments, and any products that have caused reactions in the past. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and limits the Artist’s ability to adjust product selection.
Blendz By Mora is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, breakouts, skin sensitivities, or other adverse effects arising from makeup services when the Client has not fully disclosed known allergies or sensitivities, or when such reactions occur despite professional application using industry-standard products.
The Client agrees that makeup artistry is a cosmetic service and that individual results may vary. The Artist is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to factors outside the Artist’s control, including lighting, photography, or Client-provided reference images that cannot be replicated exactly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist’s total liability for any claim related to services under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.
Local / Las Vegas area: The Artist primarily serves the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area. If travel is requested within this region, the Client must select the travel option when booking and include location details in the notes. Travel fees, mileage, parking, or timing adjustments will be quoted and confirmed before the appointment is finalized. Travel is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Artist.
Out-of-area and out-of-state: For appointments outside the Las Vegas area or outside Nevada, additional terms apply. The Client agrees to provide, at the Client’s expense, reasonable lodging, airfare or transportation, and local ground transportation for the Artist as needed for the agreed services. For bridal work that includes a trial and wedding-day makeup, travel arrangements must cover both the trial and the wedding day (and rehearsal or additional days if included in the booked package), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Travel details, schedules, and any associated costs will be confirmed in writing before services are performed. The Client is responsible for a suitable, well-lit workspace with access to electrical outlets where required.
The Client agrees to arrive with a clean face unless otherwise instructed, and to be ready at the scheduled start time. Delays may reduce service time or require rescheduling. Minors must have a parent or guardian present where required by law.
With the Client’s separate consent, the Artist may photograph completed work for portfolio, social media, or marketing use. The Client may decline without affecting service quality.
By checking the agreement box on the booking form and submitting a request, the Client confirms they have read this Service Agreement, agree to its terms, and that the electronic acceptance is equivalent to a signature for booking purposes.
