1. Information We Collect

When you use our website, we collect information you provide directly:

• Booking requests: Name, email, phone number, service, date, time, travel preference, and notes. On the booking page you may optionally check a box to agree to receive SMS from Blendz By Mora (not required to submit a request). We may show a short visual challenge (typing letters from an image) and a hidden field to reduce automated spam. We also record the network address (IP address) your browser uses when you submit a request, as provided by our hosting provider, to help prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues. This is approximate (for example, it may reflect a VPN or your mobile carrier) and is not precise location data. If you opt in to SMS, we may send text messages to the number you provide: a short confirmation when you submit a request, a reminder about one day before your appointment, and we may record a YES reply if you confirm by text. • Reviews: Name, the service you’re reviewing (same options as booking), rating, review text, and optionally a photo

2. How We Store Your Data

We use the following services to operate our website:

• Supabase — Your booking and review data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. This includes appointment details (service, date, time, contact info, travel preference, submit-time IP when available) and reviews (name, service reviewed, rating, text, and photos). • Formspree — When you submit a booking request, the information is also sent to our email via Formspree so we can confirm your appointment. Formspree Privacy Policy
• Twilio — SMS messages to and from your phone number are delivered by Twilio. When you request an appointment, we may ask Twilio to check that the phone number you entered is valid and routable (Lookup) before we save your request — this does not send you a verification code. 3. SMS and Mobile Information

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messages are used only to operate your appointment request as described above (for example, confirmations and reminders sent through our messaging provider, Twilio).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and confirm appointments
• Contact you about your booking
• Display reviews on our website (with your name and review text)
• Improve our services

5. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for business and scheduling purposes. Reviews are displayed on our site unless you request removal.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, and Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
